What we can help with

Before you order · sizing, materials, shipping times to your country, whether something is in production yet. Ask, it costs nothing.

After you order · where it is, when it ships, and what to do if it arrives wrong. If your order is damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund it. Send a photo and your order number and it gets sorted.

Anything else · press, collaborations, wholesale, or you just want to say something. Same address.

Where we are

Barcelona, Spain. Orders are produced by our print partners and ship from the facility closest to you, which for most of Europe is Barcelona and for the United States is North Carolina or Texas. No long waits from the other side of the world.

The pre order promise

Everything on the store right now is a pre order shipping from 6 October 2026. You are charged at checkout and your order goes out with the first production run.

You can cancel at any point before it is dispatched and get every cent back. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order, we refund you automatically and in full, without you having to ask.
