When does the store open?

9 September 2026. Everything you can see now is a pre order shipping from that date.

What does pre order actually mean here?

You are charged at checkout and your order goes out with the first production run on 9 September. You can cancel at any time before it is dispatched and get every cent back. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order, we refund you automatically and in full, without you having to ask.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to 28 countries across Europe, North America and Asia, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Australia and most of the EU. If yours is not on the list at checkout, write to us and we will tell you whether we can add it.

How long does delivery take?

Production is 2 to 5 business days. After that, Europe is 5 to 10 business days and the rest of the world 10 to 20. You get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves production.

Where does it ship from?

Whichever facility is closest to you. For most of Europe that is Barcelona, and for the United States it is North Carolina or Texas. Your order is not sitting in a warehouse on the other side of the world.

Will I pay customs or import duty?

Inside the EU, no. Orders to the United States, the United Kingdom and other non EU countries are produced locally where possible, which usually avoids it. Where it cannot be avoided, any duty is the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, as it is with every store.

What size should I take?

The tees are oversized and boxy on purpose. The hoodie is true to size. There is a full guide on the Size Guide page, and if you are still unsure, email us and we will give you a straight answer.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed, with return postage at your cost. And if anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we replace or refund it at our cost within 30 days. Full detail on the Returns and Refunds page.

What are the clothes made of?

Heavyweight cotton. We are finishing the exact blank selection now and every product page will name the material and weight before the store opens. If a detail matters to you, ask and we will tell you rather than guess.

Is this connected to the ⚡ZAPP token?

Same project, same people, separate things. This is a shop that sells clothes. Buying a t shirt is buying a t shirt.

Who is behind this?

One person in Barcelona, plus a small group who help. It started as a university thesis on digital currencies in 2023 and became this. The whole story, including the parts that went badly, is published at zapp369.energy.
