Every item is made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind. But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we make it right.
Damaged or wrong item · Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We reprint it free or refund you in full.
Lost in transit · If tracking shows no delivery within 30 days in Europe or 45 days worldwide, we reship or refund.
